Accounting and Compilation Services
We provide accounting and compilation services as follows:
All Singapore companies are required to prepare and keep a book of accounts and maintain proper accounting records. Our accountants will maintain the book of accounts in a timely manner so as to provide a true and fair representation of your company’s financial records. Maintaining good books will in turn help companies fulfil the compliance requirements stipulated by regulatory authorities, ACRA and IRAS.
Companies may be exempted from audit with the increased threshold for audit exemption.
We will assist our clients to prepare annual unaudited compilation report consisting of a profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cashflow statement, equity statement, notes to the financial statements and directors’ statement all of which must be in accordance with the Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (SFRS).
